1- We respect your privacy

We respect and are committed to safeguard your right to privacy. This "Privacy & Cookies Policy" outlines XpAsia Growth Partners Pte. Ltd. ("we", "our" or "the Company") practices with respect to information collected from users who access our website at www.growexponasia.com ("Site"), or otherwise share personal information with us (collectively: "Users"). When you use this Site, or otherwise interacts with us, you consent to the collection, storage, use, disclosure and other uses of your Personal Information as described in this Privacy & Cookies Policy. We encourage our Users to carefully read our Privacy & Cookies Policy and use it to make informed decisions.


2- What information we collect?

2.1    We collect two types of data and information from Users as further specified in Articles 2.2 and 2.3 (collectively: “User Information”).


2.2     "Site Access & Usage Information": information which may be made available or gathered via an User's access and use of the Site such as certain software and hardware information (e.g. IP address, the type of browser and operating system your device uses, language preference, access time, etc) as well as information on your activities on the Site (e.g. pages viewed, online browsing, clicks, actions, etc.). We are not aware of the identity of an User from which the information was collected, however, certain information (such as IP address and others) can lead, with targeted means and efforts, to the identification of an User.


2.3   "Personal Information": this is individually identifiable information, namely information that identifies an individual personally and can be used to contact them. Such information includes personal detail information such as an User's name, email address, physical address, phone number and others.


3- How we receive User Information

3.1    We receive your User Information from various sources, primarily: (i) when you use or access our Site; (ii) when you voluntarily provide us your personal details through our Site; (iii) when you interact with us electronically or in person; (iv) when we engage in business activities with you; (v) from third party providers, services and public registers (for example, traffic analytics vendors).

6- User Rights with regard to Personal Information

  1. Receive confirmation as to whether or not Personal Information concerning you is being processed, and access your stored Personal Information. 
  2. Receive a copy of Personal Information you directly volunteer to us. 
  3. Request rectification of your Personal Information that is in our control.
  4. Request erasure of your Personal Information. 
  5. Object to the processing of your Personal Information by us. 
  6. Request to restrict processing of your Personal Information by us.
  7. Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7- Retention of Personal Information

We will retain your Personal Information for as long as necessary to provide our services, and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies. We may rectify, replenish or remove incomplete or inaccurate Personal Information, at any time and at our own discretion.

We also use a tool called “Google Analytics” to collect information about your use of the Site. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users access the Site, what pages they visit when they do so, etc. We use the information we get from Google Analytics only to improve our Site and services. Google Analytics collects the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit sites, rather than your name or other identifying information. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personally identifiable information. Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your visits to this Site is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Site available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity.

12- Effects of Corporate transactions

In the event of a corporate transaction (e.g. sale of a substantial part of our business, merger, consolidation or asset sale), the transferee or acquiring company will assume the rights and obligations as described in this Privacy & Cookies Policy.


13- Children's privacy

We understand the importance of protecting children’s privacy, especially in an online environment. The Site is not designed for or directed at children. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone under the age of 18.
