Established in 2014 by Giuseppe Di Lieto, a seasoned MNC executive and long-time resident of Southeast Asia, Exponasia Growth Partners was founded to address the expertise and resource gaps that small and medium-sized businesses face in their growth and transformation journeys. Unlike large enterprises that have access to extensive support options, smaller companies often find themselves confronted with solutions that are either unaffordable or unsuitable for their needs. Our mission is to provide accessible, high-quality support tailored to ambitious companies with a clear vision for growth.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Giuseppe Di Lieto (MS Eng, ex-GE, other US MNCs)
Entrepreneurial-minded, passionate, and eclectic, Giuseppe is often described by those who know him well as warm, humorous, action-oriented, and always ready to share his opinions on any topic. Born and educated in Italy, he has been a globetrotter for close to 25 years, having lived and worked in the U.S., Malaysia, China and Singapore, where he is now a permanent resident.
As an MNC sales executive with 25 years of experience in diverse sales and commercial roles worldwide, Giuseppe has spent the last 10 years managing sales and service operations in Asia within the Industrial and Energy sectors. He has led large, complex, multi-million dollar regional operations with multiple subsidiaries and a workforce of over a hundred employees. His expertise encompasses transformation and growth of sales and service operations, market entry and expansion, sales development, commercial excellence, and related areas.
Giuseppe is passionate about sharing the insights gained from his leadership journey in Asia and is eager to see other companies benefit from his experiences.
